Diamond Points cannot be earned on liquor, tobacco and Gift Card purchases, taxes, deposits and fees.

Diamond Rewards cannot be redeemed on purchases of liquor, tobacco or Gift Cards, pharmacy prescriptions or eWIC purchases, taxes, deposits and fees. Diamond Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash, exchange or refund. Qualifying purchase amount(s) must be equal or more to the reward value before taxes/fees/deposits.

I don’t have a mobile phone. Can I still sign up for a KTA Diamond Rewards account?

No mobile phone? Enroll using a landline phone number on the KTA Diamond Rewards terminal at the register.


Some benefits, like digital receipts and special text offers will not be available if you don’t use a mobile phone number. Please see one of our friendly associates at any Customer Service Center for help to add additional information to your account such as your name, email, birth month/day, and address for exclusive e-mail rewards.

I don’t have a phone number. Can I still sign up for a KTA Diamond Rewards account?

Sorry, no. A valid phone number and name is required to enroll in the Diamonds Rewards program at participating KTA Super Stores locations.

I don’t live on Hawai‘i Island, can I still join KTA Diamond Rewards?

Yes! As long as you have a valid US, Canada or Mexico phone number you may join KTA Diamond Rewards. Other international numbers are not accepted at this time.

I don’t want text messages. Can I still participate in KTA Diamond Rewards?

Yes! You can still participate in KTA Diamond Rewards without receiving any text messages. You can earn points on qualified purchases, and clip and redeem Digital Coupons. However, you won’t be able to receive any text based offers or digital receipts without enrolling for text messages. 

When signing up is just my name and phone number sufficient information?

All you need is a name and phone number to enroll. If you associate your email address to your account, you will receive additional benefits, like a weekly email with our latest Digital Coupons, and exclusive KTA Diamond Rewards email offers. 

If I signed up for digital receipts, will I still get a paper receipt?

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to stop the printing of a paper receipt at this time, so you will get a physical copy of the receipt even if you have selected to receive digital receipts.

After I enrolled, I didn’t get a text message to complete my signup.

Text “KTA” to 87573 and follow the instructions on your phone to complete the registration process. Or visit a participating location and see one of our friendly associates at customer service and they can help you complete the registration process.

I initially said no to text messages, but I want to receive them now.

I don’t want to enter my email address. Can I still participate in KTA Diamond Rewards?

You can still participate in KTA Diamond Rewards without entering an email address. You will be able to earn Diamond Points on qualified purchases, and clip and redeem Digital Coupons. However, without a valid email associated with your account, you won’t be able receive some of the exclusive Diamond Rewards.

I didn’t put in an email address when I signed up, can I add one later?

YES! Add an email address at any time. Click here for instructions on adding additional information to your account profile or visit one of our friendly associates at any Customer Service Center for assistance.

How can I change the phone number and/or email address associated with my Diamonds Rewards account?

Can I open an account for my business using my business phone number?

Yes. You can use a business phone number to open a KTA Diamond Rewards account.

Can I merge two Diamond Rewards accounts? I want me and my family member/partner to share the same points balance.

Yes, you can merge two existing Diamond Rewards accounts into a single account. The merged account will share the same Digital Coupons, points, and rewards. Any points already earned will be combined into the merged account. The two phone numbers will now be linked to the new merged account, and either number can be used at the register to earn Diamond Points and redeem rewards. However only 1 birthday (month/day) can be associated with the merged account. To merge your accounts, visit a KTA Customer Service Center, and one of our friendly associates can assist you.

Is there any limit to adding numbers to a Diamond Rewards account?

There is no limit to how many phone numbers you can add to a Diamond Rewards account.

Can I delete a phone number from my Diamond Rewards account?

Yes. Visit a KTA Customer Service Center for assistance to remove a phone number from a Diamond Rewards account. If a Diamond Rewards account has multiple phone numbers associated with it, a single number can be removed from the account without any issues. Any Diamond Points earned using that number will remain with the existing Diamond Rewards account. If only one phone number is associated with the account, deleting the number will also delete the account, and all earned Diamond Points/Rewards/offers will also be deleted.

Do you sell customer data to third parties?

KTA never sells any customer data to third parties. Click here to view our Privacy Policy.

Why is there a “Do not sell my data” checkbox on my account details on the website if you don’t sell customer data?

By law we are required to include this option even though we don’t ever sell your data. So no matter what you select, your information will never be sold to a third party.

Can someone use my phone number and redeem my points without my knowledge or approval?

If you suspect someone has been using your phone number fraudulently, please visit one of our friendly associates at customer service to report the issue. They will research your account and try to determine what is happening.

If I have two phone numbers, can I open two separate accounts?

Yes. Each phone number will be their own separate account, and have their own points balance.

Can we make the program like (other retailer)?

Every business is different, and as a smaller family-owned company, KTA Super Stores simply does not have the resources to offer a program identical to our competitors. With this in mind, we tried to design Diamond Rewards to offer something for everyone. Over time, our hope is to grow the program to expand the rewards available to KTA Diamond Rewards members.

When will KTA Diamond Rewards be available at other KTA Super Stores locations?

Diamond Rewards will be coming to more KTA Super Stores locations in 2024. Follow us on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter to be notified when Diamond Rewards will be rolled out to your favorite KTA Super Stores.

 

Frequently Asked Questions About Diamond Points & Diamond Rewards...

What can I earn Diamond Points on?

All of your in-store purchases earn points, except for the following: Liquor and Tobacco Purchases Gift Card Purchases Taxes, Deposits
and Fees.

Do my Diamond Points expire?

All points earned in a month will be effective for redemption for the following 3 months. Diamond Points will expire on the 1st day of the 4th following month.

Do my Diamond Rewards expire?

As long as you have the necessary Diamond Points, you can redeem for available Diamond Rewards. Diamond Rewards are subject to change at anytime. Other rewards for free or discounted items are available for a limited time only and can only be redeemed when they are offered (and while supplies last).

Can I redeem multiple rewards per transaction?

Redemption is limited to 1 Diamond Reward per transaction.

Is there a maximum amount of Diamond Points a shopper can accumulate?

No, there is no cap on how many Diamond Points a shopper can earn!

Is there an easy way for me to check my Diamond Points balance?

You can see your updated points balance when you sign in on the Diamond Rewards terminal at any checkout. You can also visit our website ( ktasuperstores.com\rewards ), and log into your KTA Diamonds Rewards account to see your current Diamond Points balance.

If I return an item, will I lose my Diamond Points for the purchase?

No, you will keep any Diamond Points earned.

Can I transfer Diamond Points to another account?

Earned Diamond Points cannot be transferred to another Diamond Rewards account.

Can I donate my Diamond Points to an organization or charity?

We currently do not have a way for customer to donate or transfer Diamond Points to another Diamond Rewards account or specific organization.

Why can’t we share Diamond Points?

We currently do not have a way to transfer Diamond Points to another Diamond Rewards account.

How do I redeem exclusive Diamond Rewards?

When you qualify for a Diamond Reward, you will receive an email notifying you of the offer details. To redeem the offer, just enter in your mobile phone number into the Diamond Rewards Terminal at the start of your transaction. Once you have met the purchase requirements, the offer will automatically be applied to your transaction.

I earned bonus Diamond Points, when will it be added to my account?

Bonus Diamond Points will be added to your account after your next transaction. At your next visit, enter your phone number at the register. Diamond Points will be added upon the completion of your next transaction.

What are Digital Coupons?

Digital Coupons are special savings offered exclusively to KTA Diamond Rewards members. If you add your email address to your Diamond Rewards account, you will receive a weekly email that will have a link to our weekly savings and a list of the current Digital Coupons.

To use a Digital Coupons, “clip” it to your account on ktasuperstores.com/rewards. Then when you come shopping, enter your phone number into the Diamond Rewards Terminal at the beginning of the transaction. When you purchase the coupon item, the discount will be automatically deducted from your purchase. 

What is the limit on Digital Coupons?

Digital Coupons are limited to one per KTA Diamond Rewards account. If the coupon has a limit greater than one (1), you can continue to use it across multiple transactions, until you have reached the coupon limit.

Why are Digital Coupons limited to only one per account?

In order to offer the best pricing possible to as many of our customers as possible, it is our policy to limit Digital Coupons to one per account.

If my account has multiple phone numbers associated with it, does each person get their own Digital Coupons/Diamond Reward?

Digital Coupons and Rewards are limited to one per KTA Diamond Rewards account, not per phone number. Therefore, even if you have more than one phone number associated with your account, you still only get one Coupon or Reward.

Can I use KTA printed coupons as well as Digital Coupons in the same transaction?

If you are participating in Diamond Rewards, you cannot use printed versions of our KTA Coupons (from the weekly advertisements or Coupon Book). You can only use the digital versions of printed manufacturer coupons and still participate in Diamond Rewards.

I forgot to clip a Digital Coupon before coming shopping. Can I still receive the savings?

Depending on the Digital Coupon, you may still be able to get the deal at checkout. Some Digital Coupons allow customers to both clip and redeem during checkout. Others only allow you to clip the coupon during checkout. You can then get the deal discount on your next purchase of the item.

After entering in your phone number on the Diamond Rewards Terminal at checkout, when you purchase an item with and available Digital Coupons, the terminal will notify you of an available coupon, and either let you clip the Digital Coupon and redeem it now, or clip the Digital Coupon for your next visit.

Can we clip all the Digital Coupons at one time instead of individually?

Not at this time. Digital coupons must be clipped individually.

Is there a way to select all the Digital Coupons that are available (or that we qualify for) at the checkout?

You must clip each coupon individually. The manufacturer of the coupon item issues the Digital Coupons. They determine if a deal can be both clipped and redeemed at checkout, or if can only be clipped (to be used on your next transaction).


To ensure that you are getting all the available discounts, we recommend you clip the Digital Coupons online (ktasuperstores.com/rewards) before you come shopping so that when you make your purchases you will get the maximum savings possible!

If I didn’t accept the Digital Coupon during the transaction, can I come back and get a credit for that coupon?

Bring a copy of your receipt to one of our friendly associates at Customer Service. We will research the transaction and determine the best way to proceed.

Can I get rainchecks on Digital Coupons?

Diamond Reward Digital Coupons are not eligible for rainchecks.

If a paper version of the KTA Coupon exists, you can ask your cashier for a raincheck on the printed coupon.

Can I redeem multiple digital coupons on a single item?

Only a single digital coupon can be applied to an item. If an item qualifies for multiple digital coupons, the system will automatically apply the coupon with the highest discount to the item.
