I don’t have a mobile phone. Can I still sign up for a KTA Diamond Rewards account?

No mobile phone? Enroll using a landline phone number on the KTA Diamond Rewards terminal at the register.
Some benefits, like digital receipts and special text offers will not be available if you don’t use a mobile phone number. Please see one of our friendly associates at any Customer Service Center for help to add additional information to your account such as your name, email, birth month/day, and address for exclusive e-mail rewards.

I don’t have a phone number. Can I still sign up for a KTA Diamond Rewards account?

Sorry, no. A valid phone number is required to enroll in the Diamonds Rewards program at participating KTA Super Stores locations.

I don’t live on Hawai‘i Island, can I still join KTA Diamond Rewards?

Yes! As long as you have a valid US, Canada or Mexico phone number you may join KTA Diamond Rewards. Other international numbers are not accepted at this time.

I don’t want text messages. Can I still participate in KTA Diamond Rewards?

Yes! You can still participate in KTA Diamond Rewards without receiving any text messages. You can earn points on qualified purchases, and clip and redeem digital coupons. But you won’t be able to receive any text based offers without signing up for text messages. For a limited time you can receive 100 bonus points for opting in to receive text messages.

When signing up is just my name and phone number sufficient information?

All you need is a name and phone number to sign up. If you associate your email address to your account, you will receive additional benefits, like a weekly email with our latest digital coupons, and exclusive KTA Diamond Rewards email offers. In addition, if you add your birth month/day (along with an email address), we will send you an offer on your birthday!

If I signed up for digital receipts, will I still get a paper receipt?

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to stop the printing of a paper receipt, so you will get a physical copy of the receipt even if you have selected to receive digital receipts.

After I signed up, I didn’t get a text message to complete my signup.

Just text "KTA" to 87573 and follow the instructions on your phone to complete the signup process. Or visit a participating location and see one of our friendly associates at customer service and they can help you complete the signup process.

I initially said no to text messages, but I want to receive them now.

I don’t want to enter my email address. Can I still participate in KTA Diamond Rewards?

You can still participate in KTA Diamond Rewards without entering an email address. You will be able to earn points on qualified purchases, and clip and redeem digital coupons. However, without a valid email associated with your account, you won’t be able receive any exclusive email offers, or receive birthday offers.

I didn’t put in an email address when I signed up, can I add one later?

YES! Add an email address at any time. Click here for instructions on adding additional information to your account profile or visit one of our friendly associates at any Customer Service Center for assistance.

How can I change the phone number and/or email address associated with my Diamonds Rewards account?

Can I open an account for my business using my business phone number?

Yes. You can use a business phone number to open a KTA Diamond Rewards account.

Can I merge two Diamond Rewards accounts? I want me and my family member/partner to share the same points balance.

Yes, you can merge two existing Diamond Rewards accounts into a single account. The merged account will share the same digital coupons, points, and rewards. Any points already earned will be combined into the merged account. The two phone numbers will now be linked to the new merged account, and either number can be used at the register to earn points and redeem rewards. However only 1 birthday (month/day) can be associated with the merged account. To merge your accounts, visit a KTA Customer Service Center, and one of our friendly associates can assist you.

 

Is there any limit to adding numbers to a Diamond Rewards account?

There is no limit to how many phone numbers you can add to a Diamond Rewards account.

Can I delete a phone number from my Diamond Rewards account?

Yes. Visit a KTA Customer Service Center for assistance to remove a phone number from a Diamond Rewards account. If a Diamond Rewards account has multiple phone numbers associated with it, a single number can be removed from the account without any issues. Any points earned using that number will remain with the existing Diamond Rewards account. If only one phone number is associated with the account, deleting the number will also delete the account, and all earned points/rewards/offers will also be deleted.

I don’t want to enter my email address. Can I still participate in KTA Diamond Rewards?

Yes, you can still participate in KTA Diamond Rewards earn points on qualified purchases, and clip and redeem digital coupons without registering an email address. However, you won’t be able receive any exclusive birthday, celebration or email offers.

Do you sell customer data to third parties?

KTA never sells any customer data to third parties. Click here to view our Privacy Policy.

Why is there a “Do not sell my data” checkbox on my account details on the website if you don’t sell customer data?

By law we are required to include this option even though we don’t ever sell your data. So no matter what you select, your information will never be sold to a third party.

Can someone use my phone number and redeem my points without my knowledge or approval?

If you suspect someone has been using your phone number fraudulently, please visit one of our friendly associates at customer service to report the issue. They will research your account and try to determine what is happening.

If I have two phone numbers, can I open two separate accounts?

Yes. Each phone number will be their own separate account, and have their own points balance.

Can we make the program like (other retailer)?

Every business is different, and as a smaller family-owned company, KTA Super Stores simply does not have the resources to offer a program identical to our competitors. With this in mind, we tried to design Diamond Rewards to offer something for everyone. Over time, our hope is to grow the program to expand the rewards available to KTA Diamond Rewards members.

When will KTA Diamond Rewards be available at other KTA Super Stores locations?

We are currently running a pilot of this new rewards program at our KTA Waikoloa location only. For the pilot period, you can only participate in KTA Diamond Rewards when shopping at KTA Waikoloa. If the pilot is successful, we will roll out the program to our other locations. What can I earn points on?

All of your in-store purchases earn points, except for the following: Liquor and Tobacco purchases Gift Card purchases Taxes and Fees

Do my points expire?

Points will expire 12 months after your last purchase.

Do my rewards expire?

As long as you have the necessary points, you can redeem them to get cash discounts on your purchases. Other rewards for free or discounted items are available for a limited time only and can only be redeemed when they are offered (and while supplies last).

How do I redeem my rewards?

Can I redeem multiple rewards per transaction?

Redemption is limited to 1 reward per transaction.

Is there a maximum amount of points a shopper can accumulate?

No, there is no cap on how many points a shopper can earn!

Is there an easy way for me to check my points balance?

You can see your updated points balance when you sign in on the Diamond Rewards terminal at every checkout. You can also visit our website ( www.ktasuperstores.com\rewards ), and after logging into your KTA Diamonds Rewards account see your current points balance.

If I return an item, will I lose my points for the purchase?

No, you will keep any points earned.

Can I transfer points to another account?

Earned points cannot be transferred to another Diamond Rewards account.

Can I donate my points to an organization or charity?

We currently do not have a way for customer to donate or transfer points to another Diamond Rewards account or specific organization.

Why can’t we share points?

We currently do not have a way to transfer points to another Diamond Rewards account.

How do I redeem exclusive offers?

When you qualify for an exclusive offer, you will receive an email notifying you of the offer details. To redeem the offer, just enter in your mobile phone number into the Diamond Rewards Terminal at the start of your transaction. Once you have met the purchase requirements, the offer will automatically be applied to your transaction.

What is the limit on Digital Coupons?

Digital Coupons are limited to one per KTA Diamond Rewards account. If the coupon has a limit greater than one (1), you can continue to use it across multiple transactions, until you have reached the coupon limit.

Why are digital coupons limited to only one per customer?

In order to offer the best pricing possible to as many of our customers as possible, it is our policy to limit digital coupons to one per customer.

If my account has multiple phone numbers associated with it, does each person get their own coupon?

Digital coupons are limited to one per KTA Diamond Rewards account, not per phone number. Therefore, even if you have more than one phone number associated with your account, you still only get one digital coupon.

Can I use printed coupons as well as digital coupons in the same transaction?

If you are participating in Diamond Rewards, you cannot use printed versions of our Store Coupons (from the weekly advertisements or Coupon Book). You can only use the digital versions of printed manufacturer coupons and still participate in Diamond Rewards.

I forgot to clip a digital coupon before coming shopping. Can I still receive the discount?

If you forgot to clip a digital coupon before coming shopping you can still receive the discount. Just enter in your mobile phone number on the Diamond Rewards Terminal at the beginning of the transaction. When the cashier rings up the coupon item, the Diamond Rewards Terminal will ask you if you want to redeem the coupon. Just press the “Save $____ Now!” button on the touchscreen and the coupon discount will be automatically taken off your purchase.

Can we clip all the coupons at one time instead of individually?

Unfortunately, our agreements with the manufacturers require customers to clip each coupon one at a time instead of all at once. You need to clip each coupon individually in order to redeem it.

Is there a way to select all the coupons that are available (or that we qualify for) at the checkout?

You must clip each coupon individually. Our agreements with the manufacturers require customers to clip each coupon one at a time.

If I didn’t accept the coupon during the transaction, can I come back and get a credit for that coupon?

Just bring a copy of your receipt to one of our friendly associates at customer service and they can help you get credit for the coupon.

Can I get rainchecks on digital coupons?

You cannot get a raincheck on a digital coupon. If a paper version of the coupon exists, you can ask your cashier for a raincheck on the printed coupon.
