We offer a large selection of Hawai‘i Island Grass Fed Beef products here at KTA.
  • Raised without added hormones!
  • Raised without antibiotics!
  • We also have USDA Choice and Prime Beef.

We also offer Hawai‘i Island fresh local pork.

Largest selection of ready to cook teriyaki soaked meat and chicken in Hilo. Or have your fresh Pork, Beef, or Chicken seasoned by our Meat Department.
 
We offer only Hawai‘i caught FRESH FISH for our KTA customers. The following are just a sample of the many varieties available:
  • Ahi Tuna
  • Mahimahi
  • Ono
  • Albacore (Tombo)
  • Swordfish (Moonfish)
  • Marlin (Striped or Blue)

We also offer free fish cleaning, and a variety of smoked and dried fish products.

In addition to offering the largest selection of poke in Hilo, the following items are available daily:
  • Poke Platters (consists of six assorted varieties of poke).
  • Poke Bowls (includes sushi rice, nori, and your choice of poke topping) available in two sizes - small or large.
Nigiri & Sushi Platters available - special orders are welcome.
 
Seafood Platters available, choose any of the following:
  • Sashimi
  • Tako
  • Shrimp Cocktail
  • Combinations
Assorted bentos available daily.
