Official Rules - No Purchase Necessary
May 4 to 31, 2011

1. HOW TO ENTER:  On an official entry form, available at the Customer Service Center, print your name, complete address (no P.O. Boxes), daytime phone number, and date of birth.  Deposit entry in the receptacle provided no later than May 31, 2011, when the sweepstakes ends.  Limit one entry per visit.  All visits to the location on the same date constitute a single visit.  No mechanically reproduced entries accepted. 

2. ELIGIBILITY:  Open to residents of Hawaii, 18 years of age and older as of May 4, 2011, except for employees of KTA Super Stores, their affiliates, subsidiaries and agencies, and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household.  Void where prohibited. 

3. DRAWING: A random drawing, for grand prize winners, will be conducted on or about June 7, 2011 at each of the 5 KTA Super Store locations.  Random drawings, for first prize winners, will be conducted each week at each of the 5 KTA Super Store locations.  Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received at each participating store location.  Potential winners will be notified by phone and must sign any required winner’s documents or prize will be forfeited and an alternate may be selected.  All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner.  By entering sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of KTA Super Stores, which shall be final in all matters.  By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold KTA Super Stores and Kraft Foods, their affiliates, directors, officers, employees and assigns harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use or redemption of prize.  Acceptance also constitutes permission to KTA Super Stores and Kraft Foods to use winner’s name, likeness, and biographical information for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. KTA Super Stores and its affiliated companies will not be responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or prize notices or for any typographical, or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, announcement of the prizes, or for the failure of any store to forward entries to KTA Super Stores offices prior to random drawing. In the event of any such error or failure, KTA Super Stores reserves the right to modify this sweepstakes in a manner deemed reasonable by KTA Super Stores, at their discretion. All federal and state laws apply.
